Land Buyers in Florida is a real estate investment company that buys vacant land. We are not licensed real estate brokers or agents and do not represent you. We buy property for our own account and may assign our purchase contracts to another buyer before closing. You may want to consult an attorney or licensed agent before selling.
No offer until signed
Submitting a form, receiving an estimate, or talking with us does not create a contract or an obligation for either side. An agreement to buy your property exists only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
